YANG Awards Leadership 2.0 Scholarship To Young Auto Care Professional

YANG has selected Ciara Pegoda of Dipaco Inc. to represent the group at the University of the Aftermarket’s 2016-‘17 Leadership 2.0 program. Pegoda’s scholarship covers the price of tuition, class materials and meals.

YANG - Network Group - LogoThe Young Auto Care Network Group (YANG) of the Auto Care Association has selected Ciara Pegoda of Dipaco Inc. to represent YANG at the University of the Aftermarket’s 2016-‘17 Leadership 2.0 program. Pegoda’s scholarship covers the price of tuition, class materials and meals.

Leadership 2.0 is the premier post-graduate style leadership and business skills education program designed to promote the development of the next generation of auto care leaders. It is an intense and intellectually challenging two-week executive development and learning experience that features well-known speakers and invaluable networking opportunities with top-level industry leaders.

“Applicants for the YANG Leadership 2.0 scholarship are some of the most outstanding young professionals in the auto care industry,” said Bill Hanvey, president and CEO, Auto Care Association. “Ciara is clearly deserving of this scholarship. Her participation will help propel her along the future industry leader career track.

Graduates will receive 7.0 CEUs toward their AAP and MAAP designations. Session I will be held Aug. 21-26, 2016, at the Northwood University campus in Midland, Michigan, and Session II will be held March 5-10, 2017, in Raleigh, North Carolina.
