Effective June 25, XL Parts acquired the assets of Full Service Auto Parts, including 12 locations in San Antonio and Southern Texas.
XL Parts, one of the fastest-growing automotive parts distributors in the South Central United States, plans to implement its B2B model with a huge inventory of OE and aftermarket parts for all makes and models, consistently fast delivery and positive customer service.
With this acquisition, XL Parts now has 95 locations in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma.
The company has acquired Carrollton Complete Automotive, which offers a range of automotive services.
Sun Auto Tire & Service acquired Carrollton Complete Automotive as part of its expansion and growth of automotive and tire service across Texas.
