The new 62,000-square-foot facility in Tijuana, a white room environment throughout, includes a Class 100,000 clean room, and serves UPG’s growing roster of customers, particularly those that require the stringent quality control and manufacturing specifications typically associated with the medical, consumer and electronics industries.

UPG has manufactured components and assemblies for a broad spectrum of products for the medical, automotive, electronics and consumer segments. In the automotive arena, UPG focuses on engineering and technology-driven solutions, providing product design and development and the capability of molding up to 980 tons for applications such as interior and exterior injection-molded plastic components and assemblies for OEMs and their suppliers.
