Effective June 1, Sunsong Holdings Inc. has acquired Harco Manufacturing Group LLC, founded in 1976. Harco is a manufacturer of brake hose assemblies serving the OEM market from its 311,000-square-foot facility in Moraine, Ohio. The company includes 100 employees.
Sunsong Holdings Inc. is the U.S. subsidiary of Qingdao Sunsong Co. LTD located in Qingdao, China. Sunsong is one of the largest manufacturers of brake hose in China, and also produces a wide range of automotive hoses and assemblies, including power steering, oil cooler, and air conditioning hose for the global OEM market and the automotive aftermarket.

Sunsong North America Inc., the aftermarket division of Sunsong Holdings, Inc. located in Raleigh, North Carolina, will continue to service the North American aftermarket operations in partnership with Harco.
