Kevin Tomlinson, winner of the 2015 CCJ Career Leadership Award, has spent 37 years in the trucking industry after graduating from a six-month technician program in 1979.

He has been a Technology Maintenance Council (TMC) board member for the past six years, and is currently the maintenance director for South Shore Transport in Ohio.
