Gates Corp. Welcomes Sarah Burgess For Meet & Greet At AAPEX

Burgess races in the Pro Lite Truck class of the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series (LOORRS), a short course off-road racing series with events on the West Coast of the United States. She is the only female currently competing in the 2016 LOORRS.

Gates Corp. will be hosting a Meet & Greet session with BMI Racing driver Sarah Burgess. This event will take place on the AAPEX show floor from 3-5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 2 in Gates booth No. 4038. The first 50 visitors to the booth during this time will receive a special gift and the option to have items signed by Burgess.

“It’s been a great year with Gates and I’m excited to spend time with them at AAPEX,” said Burgess. “This year we’ve really focused on emphasizing the ‘Be System Smart’ message and consumers are starting to understand the importance of system inspection and replacement.”

Her passion for the automotive industry has resulted in a steady career that includes experience in building performance vehicles, running a business as an automotive accessories distributor, managing race teams and racing in drift and off-road competitions. She is the only female currently competing in the 2016 LOORRS.

“We are excited to host Sarah Burgess for a Meet & Greet session at AAPEX,” said Todd Hack, vice president of automotive aftermarket at Gates. “This session provides an opportunity to celebrate our partnership with this talented racer.”
