Delphi Appoints ZF TRW’s Joseph Cantie To Board of Directors

Cantie is currently the executive vice president and chief financial officer of ZF TRW, a division of ZF Friedrichshafen AG, a global automobile supplier.

Cantie is currently the executive vice president and chief financial officer of ZF TRW, a division of ZF Friedrichshafen AG, a global automobile supplier. He served in these roles for TRW Automotive Holdings Corp. since April 2004, and has held various other senior financial management roles at TRW since joining the company in 1999. Cantie has also held management roles at LucasVarity and KPMG Peat Marwick.

“As a seasoned financial leader with extensive global automotive knowledge, Joe brings valuable perspective and insights to Delphi,” said Rajiv Gupta, Delphi chairman of the board. “Joe has a proven track record and will be a valuable member of Delphi’s board of directors.

Cantie is a certified public accountant and has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New York at Buffalo.

Grote Industries and Star Safety Technologies announced the appointment of Gunther Hochapfel as the new regional sales manager. Hochapfel brings over 18 years of experience in the safety and warning technology industry to the company.

Hochapfel previously served as a sales leader and applications specialist at a Canadian warning light manufacturer for nearly two decades. His tenure there was marked by significant contributions to the industry, including playing a pivotal role in driving the evolution of the Canadian marketplace from strobe to LED warning lights, according to Grote. Hochapfel also developed highly successful snowplow warning light programs for various ministries of transportation across Canada, showcasing his innovative approach and technical expertise.
