ZF Services LLC Hosts Congressman Brad Schneider

Leadership team members and Congressman Schneider speak over business ideas that could aid smaller companies. Company also hosts employee town hall for employees to voice views to the 10th district congressman.

VERNON HILLS, Ill. – ZF Services LLC, the strategic aftermarket business unit of ZF Friedrichshafen AG based in Vernon Hills, Ill., welcomed Congressman Brad Schneider (IL-10) to ZF Services headquarters for a “Brad at Your Business” tour and employee town hall meeting.

Congressman Schneider met with the Leadership Team of ZF Services for an overview of the company and to see what challenges could be facing smaller businesses in today’s market. The congressman was then taken on a tour of the facility through the remanufacturing shop in order to gain an understanding on the range of applications that ZF Services has.

ZF Services also hosted an employee town hall meeting where Congressman Schneider answered questions on a range of topics. Afterward, Congressman Schneider was quoted saying, “I was impressed by both the passion and direction of the innovative work ZF Services is doing every day. This innovation, dedication to excellence and important work you’re doing is helping make our communities stronger and more sustainable. It was a pleasure sitting down with many of you and discussing the challenges your families and our country are facing and how we can address them moving forward.”

Tim Corcoran, managing director, ZF Services LLC, thanked Congressman Schneider for the opportunity to share the capabilities of the business and ideas for future policy. “It was a pleasure having Congressman Brad Schneider on-site at ZF Services LLC. He is an articulate, knowledgeable businessman proving to have a balanced approach to both parties, with long-term thinking, which is what the U.S. is missing in policy.”
