Highline Warren
Donna Weeda’s career in the automotive aftermarket began while she was in college when she took a part-time job as an accounting clerk for Warren Distribution. Part-time soon turned to full-time, and Weeda later shifted to IT, where she “fell in love with programming and systems.”
Weeda has been working in operations since 1999. Today, she is the COO-operations for Highline Warren, which formed through the strategic combination of Highline Aftermarket and Warren Distribution in 2020. Weeda sees her biggest accomplishment as building a team of people with disparate skill sets and “getting them to focus on each other’s strengths to take the business to an entirely new level.”
Working in a male-dominated field throughout her career, Weeda says she wishes she’d discovered Women in Auto Care sooner. “This group, and support the industry gives this group, allows women to understand they don’t need to change who they are to be successful, but they need to stay who they are and bring the complements of being a female to the industry.”
