MEXICO CITY — Visteon Corporation has been recognized as a “Leading Company” in Mexico in a recent study by human resources management firm, Hay Group, and the Mexican business magazine, Gestion de Negocios.

Visteon Mexico placed 13th among the “Top 50 Companies in Mexico,” first in the machinery and equipment category, and 16th in the Image in the Business Community category.

As defined by Hay Group, a leading company carries out business practices that are recognized and admired by the top management community. Approximately 900 top executives in Mexico participated in the survey, which was designed to ensure that respondents had sufficient knowledge of the companies and business subjects they were evaluating.

Since 1997, Hay Group and Fortune magazine have conducted studies of the world’s most admired companies. For the Mexican study, Hay Group worked with Gestion de Negocios and its 23,000 subscribers.
