FAIRLAWN, Ohio – Veyance Technologies Inc., manufacturer of Goodyear Engineered Products, has announced enhancements for 2014 to its automotive aftermarket promotional program, now in its third consecutive year. 
According to Veyance, the 2014 program stresses the importance of complete vehicle maintenance by offering rewards and mail-in rebates on sets of replacement products that service the belt system as a whole. Featured products include timing kits with water pump, poly-v belts and tensioners, and both upper and lower radiator hose.
Installer promotions will now run on a quarterly basis instead of for two months; the counterperson incentive program will continue to run throughout the year, the company stated.
“We believe it’s important to service the entire system when replacing a belt or hose, and now we’ve made it easy for our customers to get the parts they need to do just that,” said Tom Lee, marketing manager at Veyance Technologies. “We received valuable feedback from our customers about this year’s program and will continue to make enhancements to help them drive their business.”
Technicians who participate in the 2014 Promotional Program also are eligible to earn double rewards through the Goodyear Gatorback Club, the company’s longstanding technician rewards program. All purchases through the promotional program also count toward Gatorback Club points that can be redeemed for a wide array of exclusive merchandise as well as gift cards, including Visa, Snap-On Tools, Best Buy, fuel and more.
