Valvoline Named To The ‘Best Places To Work In Kentucky’ List

This is the second year in a row the company has made the list.

Valvoline Inc., a global supplier of premium-branded lubricants and automotive services, has been named to “Best Places to Work in Kentucky” list for the second consecutive time.

Valvoline was chosen for the 15th annual list of Best Places to Work in Kentucky in the large company category (more than 500 U.S. employees) after a rigorous selection process, managed by the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management, the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Best Companies Group. Valvoline’s inclusion is based on an assessment of employee policies and procedures and the results of an employee survey.

“Being named to Best Places to Work in Kentucky two years in a row is an honor that our team members can be proud of because it shows that we are using our signature Valvoline ‘hands-on expertise’ to offer the benefits, policies and environment to be an employer of choice in our home state,” said Sam Mitchell, Valvoline CEO.

Valvoline employs about 6,700 people worldwide, in a variety of skilled, growth-oriented careers, ranging from Valvoline Instant Oil Change technicians to corporate business professionals and supply chain specialists to research scientists and engineers.
