TRW Announces Third Range Extension For Brake Pads This Year

The range extension comprises 23 part numbers and will provide coverage for an additional 2.2 million vehicles.

WIXOM, Mich. – TRW Automotive Aftermarket’s business in North America (NA) has announced its third range extension for its premium brake pad program in 2014. 
 
The range extension comprises 23 part numbers and will provide coverage for an additional 2.2 million vehicles. This brings the total number of references in the program to more than 850 and covers more than 97 percent of the vehicles in operation in North America.
 
Applications cover a range of makes and models, including: 2014 BMW M5, 2014 BMW X1, 2014 Ford Mustang GT, 2014 Ford Escape, 2014 Mazda CX-5, 2014 Mercedes Benz CLS550, 2014 Mercedes Benz SLK55 AMG, 2014 Mercedes Benz SL550, 2014 Mercedes Benz ML Series, 2014 Mercedes Benz GL Series, 2014 Nissan Altima, 2014 Volkswagen CC and 2014 Volkswagen Tiguan.

Where appropriate, TRW includes installation hardware in the box, facilitating optimal installation and on-the-road performance.
