TRICO Products Launches Fall Rebate Promotion

Trico Products "It's Raining Rebates" program is offering the opportunity for customers to save up to $20 in rebates on a pair of Trico NeoForm, Teflon blade or ExactFit wiper blades.

ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. – Trico Products will be offering a strategic fall promotion campaign from Oct. 1 through Nov. 30 to drive more store traffic and increase wiper blade sales. Trico Products’ “It’s Raining Rebates” program is offering the opportunity for customers to save up to $20 in rebates on a pair of Trico NeoForm, Teflon blade or ExactFit wiper blades.

According to Kevin O’Dowd, global director of marketing for Trico Products, “We want to raise awareness about safe driving and that begins with clear driver visibility. We are offering a Trico version of an economic stimulus with up to $20 rebate savings on a pair of Trico NeoForm, Teflon blade or ExactFit wiper blades.”

“In many markets, this is a key time of the year to launch a promotion like this in preparation for all driving conditions and really attract more customer traffic into the stores.

“This will be a significant campaign with tremendous marketing support to raise awareness about excellent visibility and driver control. Store managers will be receiving POP materials to build excitement in the stores and help increase their Trico wiper blades’ sales opportunities. More information on this campaign is available by calling 800-388-7426. An informational kit outlining the rebate program will be sent to participating stores.”

Stores will receive POP materials for the “It’s Raining Rebates” promotion. Radio and online advertising as well as PR activities will also drive customers to visit their local participating auto supply store. More information, including the Terms and Conditions, will be available to customers online at http://www.tricorebates.com/. They can simply register and click the “Wipe the WIN-shield” button to receive a rebate coupon between $5 to $20 on their next purchase of a pair of TRICO NeoForm, Teflon or Exact Fit wiper blades.

Over the years, Trico Products has been the leading innovator of wiper blades and systems. They want to emphasize the importance of excellent, reliable visibility for safe driving at all times. Wiper blade replacement is often overlooked until it is nearly impossible to see through the streaks. With this fall promotion, Trico encourages drivers to take a proactive approach to driver safety with optimum visibility from top performing wiper blades.

“It is our goal with the “It’s Raining Rebates” promotion to provide people with incentive to take a look at their wiper blades, save money and be safer on the road. We would like to stress that Trico wants our customers to have the best products and the greatest visibility possible at the best price,” said O’Dowd.
