Trico Products Corp. To Sponsor 2016 Woodward Dream Cruise

The company returns as a Gold Sponsor for third consecutive year.

TRICO - LogoTrico Products Corp., a global leader in wiper blade technology, is returning as a gold sponsor of this year’s Woodward Dream Cruise that will be held on Saturday, Aug. 20, in the metro Detroit area. The TRICO display tent will be located at the corner of Coolidge Highway and Woodward Avenue in Royal Oak.

First organized in 1995 as a fundraising event and an opportunity to recreate the 1950s and ‘60s era of the Motor City, Woodward Dream Cruise has grown to become the world’s largest one-day automotive show. The event spans 16 miles along Woodward Avenue from Ferndale to Pontiac. It attracts about 1.5 million spectators and more than 40,000 classic cars from around the globe each year.

“Sponsoring this event that brings auto enthusiasts from around the world together to celebrate car culture and the industry that made Detroit the Motor City has become something we look forward to each year,” said Dawn Gonzalez, brand manager at Trico Products Corp. “The Woodward Dream Cruise gives us an opportunity to inform an enormous audience of automotive fans and DIYers about TRICO’s wiper blade technologies and solutions.”

The TRICO Classic wiper blade line will be of special interest to Woodward Dream Cruise participants and attendees. It features a silver finish to resemble the original equipment blades on many of the classic American cars manufactured from the 1940s through the 1960s. The TRICO tent will have wiper blade solutions for newer vehicle applications on display as well, including TRICO Force, TRICO NeoForm and TRICO Exact Fit wiper blade lines.
