TI-AutomotiveHQTI Automotive, a global supplier of automotive fluid systems technology, has moved its corporate offices to a new facility in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

The new 140,000-square-foot building is located at 2020 Taylor Road in the Fieldstone Industrial Complex. The facility features three floors of office space, dining facilities, collaboration areas as well as a spacious lobby displaying the company’s products, technology and heritage. TI Automotive’s previous corporate offices were located off of Opdyke Road in Auburn Hills.

“The company has grown significantly during the past six years and this is much more than just a move to a new location,” said Bill Kozyra, chairman, CEO and president, TI Automotive. “This is a significant step for TI Automotive that builds on our strong developments over the past years and will facilitate our progress toward the next successful chapter of our company’s history.”

TI Automotive said the move enables the company to combine more than 300 of its executive, corporate and divisional personnel, which had been based in facilities in Auburn Hills and other locations. The company will continue to operate its Technical Center, located on Centre Road, also in Auburn Hills, with a team of engineering, development and testing personnel.

“The new building features several amenities for the employees and supports an environment of collaboration and teamwork, it also enables us to better utilize our Technical Center just down the road,” Kozyra said.

TI Automotive traces its longtime Detroit area roots back to 1922, when it was founded as the Bundy Tubing Co. to produce fuel lines for the Ford Model-T.
