The Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance held its annual Sales and Marketing Forum on Sept. 21-23 at the Plaza Marriott in San Antonio. This marked the first year the Information Technology Committee held its meeting in conjunction with the forum.
At the conclusion of the three-day event John R. Washbish, president and CEO of the Alliance, said, “Without question, this was our best Sales and Marketing forum ever. The inclusion of our Information Technology committee enhanced the total experience for all attendees.”
Shane Norman, director of marketing at Eastern Warehouse Distributors Inc. and member of the Sales and Marketing Committee, added, “The opportunity to meet with our colleagues in sales and marketing is invaluable to developing strategies for the coming years. It was a great opportunity to have the IT Committee here, too, so we can all work from the same page.”
More than 60 leaders representing warehouse distributors throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Honduras attended the event.
