Tesla Approves Spanesi Equipment For Its Body Repair Program

"Our relationship with Tesla is ongoing and we look forward to adding additional products and services as Tesla ramps up production in North America,” said Timothy Morgan, chief operating officer and managing director of Spanesi Americas.

On Jan. 16, Tesla Inc. announced it has added three new Spanesi structural repair benches and the Touch Measuring System to its OEM approved equipment list, for the Tesla Approved Body Shop program.

“Spanesi is excited to be a part of approved list of collision repair equipment recognized in the Tesla Approved Body Shop program,” said Timothy Morgan, chief operating officer and managing director of Spanesi Americas. “We look forward to providing state-of-the-art collision repair equipment to those facilities that are working on the highly complex vehicle structures and substrates being produced by Tesla today.”

“Tesla’s growing vehicle model lineup continues to push the tools and equipment industry to provide modern solutions to support the collision repair industry,” added Morgan. “Spanesi provides cutting-edge equipment solutions that are a perfect match for Tesla’s approved collision repair facilities.”

Tesla joins a growing list of OEM approvals that acknowledge Spanesi’s equipment’s ability to reproduce factory quality repairs to their customer’s vehicles. “Our relationship with Tesla is ongoing and we look forward to adding additional products and services as Tesla ramps up production in North America,” said Morgan.
