Advance regularly serves more than 26,000 individuals in North America each year with training courses offered through the company’s Carquest Technical Institute (CTI) and Worldpac Training Institute (WTI) programs.
Throughout the month, customers at Carquest stores in the U.S. will be asked to donate $1, $5 or $10 at checkout in support of the “Life is Why We Give” campaign.
In addition to being named Technician of the Year, Lamoreaux also will receive $1,000 cash and $1,500 credit for his local Carquest store from TECHNET.
This year’s event will consist of intensive training classes over the course of two days. Autologic, with support from WTI and CTI, is offering instructor-led classes with some of the top names in the automotive industry, including BMW expert Eric Scharping.
