Successful PAACE International Reception Offered Global Networking Opportunities

Nearly 150 attendees at the PAACE International Reception on July 13 enjoyed global networking opportunities at the annual event held during PAACE Automechanika Mexico, held in Mexico City.

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC — Nearly 150 attendees at the PAACE International Reception on July 13 enjoyed global networking opportunities at the annual event held during PAACE Automechanika Mexico, held in Mexico City.

“Our reception offered PAACE attendees an excellent venue for participants to make new contacts in the global automotive aftermarket, and entertain current customers,” said Anthony Cardez, director of business development for the Overseas Automotive Council (OAC). “With the support of our fellow associations and corporate sponsors, OAC was able to provide this great event.”

OAC sponsored the reception with the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA), the Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association (MEMA) and corporate supporters ArvinMeritor Light Vehicle Aftermarket, Bendix Brakes by Honeywell, Browne Dreyfus International Ltd., Delphi Corp. and INTRACO Corp.

OAC promotes the sale in foreign markets of automotive products manufactured in North America. Those products include components, accessories, chemicals, hand and power tools, service maintenance and repair equipment, and paint and body supplies for both cars and trucks.
