BOUCHERVILLE, Quebec Spectra Premium recently held an online survey to inquire how customers perceived the Spectra Premium brand and the factors behind their parts buying decision-making process.
As an incentive to participate in the survey, Spectra drew an iPad Mini 16G amongst all respondents. The iPad Mini winner was Bill Wasylyk from Brighton Auto Service in Brighton, Mich.
“The input received is extremely important and helps ensure Spectra Premium aligns its efforts with its customers needs,” said Jason Best, vice president, sales and marketing.
Spectra will host another customer survey in February.
