SKF’s Katie Noga Named ACC President

Katie Noga, manager of marketing and motorsports for SKF, recently assumed the position of president for the Automotive Communications Council (ACC). Noga, a 27-year veteran of the automotive aftermarket, is beginning her second term as ACC president. An active member of the ACC since 1985, Noga first served as president from 1991-92.

ELGIN, Ill. — Katie Noga, manager of marketing and motorsports for SKF, recently assumed the position of president for the Automotive Communications Council (ACC). Noga, a 27-year veteran of the automotive aftermarket, is beginning her second term as ACC president. An active member of the ACC since 1985, Noga first served as president from 1991-92.

"It’s rewarding to have Katie represent SKF as president of the Automotive Communications Council," said Mike McGrath, president, SKF VSM North America. "SKF takes pride in its involvement in industry organizations. We find importance in the activities and contributions the ACC makes to our industry, and SKF is proud of the leadership role it plays in the organization."

Noga added: "I’m excited to begin my second term as ACC president. I look forward to leading the organization and continuing its growth over the next year."

The Automotive Communications Council is a national, non-profit organization comprised of marketing professionals engaged in public relations, advertising, branding and other communication practices for automotive aftermarket companies. ACC provides a networking forum for the exchange of ideas, information and resources about issues, challenges and trends impacting companies and organizations throughout the aftermarket industry.
