SKF Announces Part Number Changes For Its Line Of TF Hubcaps

ELGIN, Ill. — SKF has announced part number changes for popular items within its line of TF hubcaps. The part number changes affect TF hubcaps offered in barrel quantities as part of the SKF hubcap barrel program, and SKF Splashguard center plugs offered in green and black four-packs, the company says.

Below are the new part numbers for these popular items:
• SKF Hubcap barrel multi-pack part numbers
• 1343B-100 – Trailer axle (grease)
• 1399B-75 – Trailer Pro-Par axle (grease)
• 1612B-100 – Steer axle (oil) – black
• 1643B-100 – Trailer axle (oil)
• 1644B-100 – Trailer axle (oil) – black
• 1696B-75 – Trailer Pro-Par axle (oil)

SKF Splashguard four-pack part numbers:
• 450434-4 – Green, standard center plug
• 453807-4 – Black, standard center plug
• 450439-4 – Green, Splashguard center plug
• 450438-4 – Black, Splashguard center plug

SKF Hubcap case lot numbers:
• 1343-C24 – 24 pieces with gaskets and fastening bolts
• 1612-C24 – 24 pieces with gaskets and fastening bolts
• 1643-C24 – 24 pieces with gaskets and fastening bolts
• 1644-C24 – 24 pieces with gaskets and fastening bolts

"The part number changes in effect for SKF TF hubcap barrel multi-packs and SKF Splashguards will help simplify the order process for customers," says Doug Fike, product manager, Heavy Duty, SKF. "We also have added case lot quantities to the hubcap barrel program in response to customer requests."

The SKF hubcap barrel program offers the most popular SKF hubcaps in barrel quantities. Each barrel contains 75 or 100 bulk packed hubcaps with gaskets and six fastening bolts (453963), packaged individually in heavy duty plastic. Each barrel is also packed with an attractive product decal for display. Additionally, part numbers 1343, 1612, 1643 and 1644 are now available in case lot quantities of 24 pieces.

SKF Splashguards are packaged in groups of four and sealed in 8-1/2-by-6-inch plastic bags.
