Schrader Announces Partnership With Fuller Brothers

The partnership was formally announced at the 2013 Tire Industry Association OTR Conference held Feb. 20-23, 2013, in Puerto Rico.

DENVER, Colo. – Schrader, a leading global manufacturer of sensing and valve solutions, has announced that Fuller Brothers, the manufacturer and supplier of the globally recognized Tire Life tire and rim protection product, is now a distributor-partner of Schrader’s complete Off-The-Road (OTR) line. The partnership was formally announced at the 2013 Tire Industry Association OTR Conference held Feb. 20-23, 2013, in Puerto Rico.

“The Fuller Brothers brand is well-known across the industry as the leader in providing non-hazardous, non-toxic products that reduce tire management costs for a diverse range of customers. We are excited to combine the strengths of our OTR product line with the unmatched Fuller Brothers brand and service model,” said Hugh Charvat, president and CEO of Schrader. “Fuel and tires are the top two expenses faced by heavy-duty operators. Combined with Fuller Brothers’ Tire Life product, our tire pressure monitoring package delivers positive impacts across both of these cost categories.”

“We are very excited with this new partnership,” said Trevor Potter, vice president, aftermarket, for Schrader. “Fuller Brothers brings over 50 years of industry knowledge and experience to the relationship and I am confident that they will experience success and growth with this addition to their product line.”

“The Fuller Brothers-Schrader partnership brings the best of tire protection via our Tire Life product, combined with the advanced tire pressure monitoring, asset management and analytics, and the critical tools that the Schrader OTR portfolio offers. It’s a win-win for our global customer base,” added Morry Jones, vice president, Fuller Brothers.

Schrader showcased its global OTR portfolio of tire pressure monitoring, telematics for extensive tire data insight and heavy-duty tools in the Fuller Brothers booth at the Tire Industry Association OTR Conference. The team also presented industry trends and growth drivers to conference attendees at a keynote address.

Schrader’s OTR portfolio includes rugged tire pressure sensors specifically designed and installed within the harsh tire environment of heavy-duty machinery, earthmoving and other large capital equipment. The portfolio also offers the required hydraulic tools and repair accessories to service these extremely large and expensive tires.
