REPXPERT is designed to connect Schaeffler experts with automotive experts to provide technical information and training to help automotive professionals get the job done right, the first time, every time.

Schaeffler - LogoSchaeffler will be showcasing REPXPERT, the new service brand of Schaeffler Group Automotive Aftermarket, this week at AAPEX in booth No. 2243. REPXPERT is designed to connect Schaeffler experts with automotive experts to provide technical information and training to help automotive professionals get the job done right, the first time, every time. REPXPERT provides technical, product and training support at every touch point – on the phone, in person and online.

Shortly after launching REPXPERT this summer, Schaeffler unveiled the REPXPERT 2.0 website. It is the cornerstone of the REPXPERT service brand, delivering technical training and product support for Schaeffler products 24/7. With just a few clicks, automotive service professionals can find everything they need to get the job done quickly, efficiently and correctly, Schaeffler says.

REPXPERT 2.0 provides all content in one location. No confusing searches or navigating multiple sites. Everything is in one convenient place, according to the company. REPXPERT trainers offer customized training courses and sessions. REPXPERT 2.0 features an online product catalog powered by OptiCat in real-time. Product information and specifications are updated daily.

REPXPERT 2.0 is a modular system that is designed to continually grow and expand with the needs of the industry. The following modules are just a few currently under development for release in the coming months: dual-mass flywheel app, live chat forums, training webinars, point-of-sale search capability, installer loyalty programs and more.
