PORTER, TEXAS — After more than two years of research and review, Royal Purple has unveiled a new label design. The company’s newly redesigned products will hit shelves throughout the United States beginning July 1. All automotive and Max Cycle oils, Royal Purple’s top selling products, wear the new design.
According to Mark McFann, director of marketing and corporate communication for Royal Purple, the company chose to rework its label design to have an appearance more in line with its high-performance products.
“We chose to rework the label design, because we believed the stark packaging was counter-productive for a super-premium, high-performance product like ours,” said McFann. “Our customers are looking for the best of the best and while our product fits that description, our packaging didn’t. The new design was researched thoroughly via focus groups and market studies to ensure that it’s well received.”
“Compelling packaging is key to communicating the quality of our products,” said McFann. “Our customers are quality-minded. We honor that by not only continuing to research and improve our products, but to continue to improve the packaging as well.”
