Robert Pitt to Lead Sales Effort for Affinia Canada

Robert Pitt has accepted a promotion in Affinia to the position of vice president, CRM Branded Sales, Canada.

ANN ARBOR, MI — Robert Pitt has accepted a promotion in Affinia to the position of vice president, CRM Branded Sales, Canada.

“Robert is a remarkable and valuable member of our Affinia team,” said John Washbish, president, customer relationship team for Affinia. “With innate sales savvy and a keen business sense, Robert will thrive in his new role. He understands our business, the needs of our customers and knows how to get the job done successfully.”

Pitt will lead Canadian efforts to further Affinia’s move from a product-centric to a customer-centric organization. He will oversee all sales efforts and coordinate marketing activities for Affinia’s brands in the Canadian marketplace.

Pitt joined Affinia Canada in 2000 as Uni-Select account manager, promoted in 2003 to national sales manager – Branded Products (Canada). He has an extensive career in sales, working at David Brown Radicon as North American sales manager, and joining Federal Mogul in 1993, where he served in a variety of roles in sales and product development, including the position as director of sales.
