BETHESDA, Md. R. L. Polk & Co. has signed on as a contributing sponsor of the 2010 AAIA Town Hall, which will take place at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 3 in the Venetian Hotel during AAPEX. The Town Hall breakfast and panel discussion is hosted by the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA) and sponsored by NASCAR Performance.
“Polk is honored to be a part of AAIA’s Town Hall, one of the largest gatherings of aftermarket industry decision-makers,” said Mark Seng, Polk vice president. “We look forward to providing attendees with insight into key trends impacting the aftermarket both in North America and around the world.”
“AAIA is able to produce a quality Town Hall program thanks to NASCAR Performance, our longtime sponsor, and now Polk, who has stepped up to the plate as a contributing sponsor,” said Kathleen Schmatz, AAIA president and CEO. “Polk will tee up this year’s channel panel discussion by revealing new exclusive industry information and trends.”
“Think Big. Deliver Big: How the Aftermarket Will Drive the Economy, Jobs and Profitability,” is the theme for this year’s AAIA Town Hall.
Schmatz will once again moderate the Town Hall panel, which will include Darren Jackson, CEO, Advance Auto Parts; Eli Futerman, co-president and CEO, Hahn Automotive Warehouse Inc.; Larry Magee, chairman, CEO and president, Bridgestone Retail Operations; and Jeff Brekke, Global Automotive Aftermarket president, Gates Corp.
