Peter Murray and Centric Parts Receive 2007 FMSI New Assignments Award

CITY OF INDUSTRY, CA — The Friction Materials Standards Institute (FMSI) presented its 2007 FMSI New Assignments Award to Peter Murray and Centric Parts on June 3 at the FMSI Annual Meeting held in Naples, FL. This award recognizes important contributions to FMSI, specifically working with FMSI in the identification and creation of new part number references. FMSI part number references are commonly used as the industry-wide numbering system for brake pads and shoes.

This is the fifth year in a row that Peter Murray and the Centric Parts team have been recognized by FMSI.
