His credentials and certifications from NAPA Autotech and NAPA manufacturers’ schools and clinics include heating and cooling, paint, brake and chassis, filtration, electrical and fuel injection. Filchner has also homed his selling skills and industry knowledge by completing NAPA SalesPRO, NAPA SalesMASTER, FastTrack Parts Professional LAPs and Vin Waterhouse training courses.
