For the 11th year, Auto Value/Bumper to Bumper has awarded scholarships to members and/or their children to assist in their post-high school education, demonstrating that education is a top priority with the aftermarket giant. Since the college scholarship program began, Auto Value/Bumper to Bumper has dedicated more than $175,000 to helping their members continue their education. This year, 33 students each received $500 to use at the school of their choice.

Auto Value and Bumper to Bumper hosted its sixth annual National Advisory Councils for its parts stores and certified service centers on Oct. 11 -12, in San Antonio, TX. The purpose of the Advisory Councils is to examine the industry within the councils’ own markets, review national programs and help plan for the future. Council members also serve on their local advisory councils representing other Auto Value/Bumper to Bumper members. Warehouse/distributors nominate members that must meet specific criteria to be eligible to serve on these elite assemblies of aftermarket professionals.
