Transtar Industries Appoints Neil Sethi President, Domestic Distribution Group
Sethi joined Transtar in October 2004 as director of business development and shortly thereafter, assumed responsibility for the Cleveland sales team in addition to his business development role.
White House Signs Landmark Vehicle Greenhouse Gas/Fuel Economy Rule
The rule was the result of a 2009 agreement between car companies, the state of California and the White House, where the federal government would adopt the California standards and the state would then agree to accept compliance with those standards as then meeting their requirements.
Kumho Debt Workout Deal Coming in February
Creditors have selected PricewaterhouseCoopers Korea and Deloitte Anjin LLC to conduct due diligence on the plan, reports said.
