OBITUARY: William Reagan, Founder Of LoJack Corp. And Its Stolen Vehicle Recovery System, 78
A former Medfield Police Commissioner and Town Selectman, Reagan founded LoJack (the antithesis of “hi-jack”) and developed its Stolen Vehicle Recovery System to keep police officers and investigators safe during the pursuit and recovery of stolen vehicles. In 1979, a U.S. patent was issued to Reagan for his invention. In 1986, he formed LoJack Corp. and served as the company’s first chairman and CEO.
Stephen Vyn Joins Ken-Tool Management Team
Vyn recently joined the company as product line specialist. In this role, he will be interfacing with end-user customers to learn of their everyday tire and vehicle servicing needs that currently are not being addressed. He will help find and develop new products, as well as improve current products to provide solutions to these problems. Vyn also will assist with product marketing.
