Modine Manufacturing Co. has announced that Dean Zakos, vice president, general counsel and secretary, will retire effective Oct. 31. Zakos, who has been with the company for 26 years, plans to pursue his passion for aviation, and other personal and professional interests. A successor will be named at a later date.
Goodyear Names New VP, General Manager, OE Tires
Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. has named Johann Finkelmeier vice president and general manager of OE tires for the company’s North American Tire division. Finkelmeier will report to Larry Mason, Goodyear’s North American president of consumer tires.

The Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association (MEMA) announced today that Dan Griffin, executive vice president of MEMA Financial Services Group (MFSG), will retire effective Dec. 31. Dan Pike has been promoted to general manager of MFSG and will assume day-to-day responsibilities for MFSG on Jan. 1, 2005.
