Chen comes to Centric Parts with more than 30 years of experience in engineering and quality control, most recently serving as manufacturing and quality engineer at Carlisle Interconnect Technologies. Earning his Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering, Chen has developed engineering, quality and manufacturing expertise in FMEA, TQM, Six Sigma, CPK study, SPC, LEAN & Kaizen programs.
