NJ Assemblyman Sponsors State Right-To-Repair Bill
According to a report from the Alliance of Automotive Service Providers of New Jersey (AASP/NJ), New Jersey Assemblyman Reed Gusciora (D-Mercer) is bringing the Right to Repair Act to the local arena. Gusciora is sponsoring a statewide “Motor Vehicle Owner’s Right to Repair Act,” which would require all motor vehicle manufacturers to provide vehicle owners, repair facilities and the Division of Consumer Affairs in New Jersey with all information relating to servicing the vehicle.
