Federated Gives Away Pace Truck from Federated 300

Federated customer Troy Doss of Louisville, Ky., was awarded the official pace truck from the 13th annual Federated 300 Nationwide Series race held June 7 in Nashville, Tenn. “One of the best parts of the annual Federated 300 is being able to award the pace truck to one of our valued customers who attends the race,” said J.R. SmarTire Systems has settled its patent infringement lawsuit against Siemens VDO Automotive Corp., now known as Continental Automotive Systems US, Inc. SmarTire’s remaining patent infringement claim against Schrader-Bridgeport International, Inc. and Schrader Electronics Ltd. in the same case will continue with a jury trial now set to begin on May 7, subject to the court’s ruling on pre-trial motions.
