CARS Increases Lineup of Management Seminars for 2005

The Automotive Service Association’s (ASA) Congress of Automotive Repair and Service (CARS) has increased its lineup of management seminars for 2005, emphasizing the need for continuing education in the competitive automotive service industry. CARS 2005 will be held Nov. 3-5 at The Mirage in Las Vegas. All five of the management seminars are approved by the Automotive Management Institute (AMI) and qualify for AMI credit.

CSK Auto Tries Discount Retail in New Venture

CSX Auto, the Phoenix company that owns and operates 1,130 auto parts stores in 20 states, has gone full throttle into a new retail business that it plans to expand across the country. 2005 PRI Trade Show To Display More New Racing Technology and Products

According to show organizers, the 2005 Performance Racing Industry (PRI) Trade Show will be bigger and better than ever this year. Slated to take place Dec. 1-3 in Orlando, Fla., the 18th Annual PRI Trade Show will encompass 1,000,000-square feet of floor space, with more than 25 percent of exhibitors requesting additional booths this year.
