O’Reilly Automotive announced that its board of directors has approved a resolution to increase the authorization amount under its share repurchase program by an additional $750 million, raising the aggregate authorization under the program to $7.75 billion.
The additional $750 million authorization is effective for a three-year period, beginning on Nov. 16, 2016.

Neal is an automotive recycler servicing the Central Illinois market with a population of approximately 1.3 million people. This is Fenix Parts’ eighth acquisition in the Midwest and brings Fenix’s location count to 27 full-service and five self-service locations.
