MIDLAND, Mich. Northwood University’s 49th Annual International Auto Show has been scheduled for the weekend of Oct. 5, 6 and 7, 2012. The show, billed as North America’s largest student-run outdoor new car auto show, is held on the Michigan Campus of Northwood in Midland, Mich.
The theme for this year’s show is “Driving the Dream.”
The General Chair for this year’s show is junior Patrick Faber from Grand Rapids, Mich. Faber and the remainder of the 12-member executive board, along with more than 600 additional students, will be involved in creating the show, which attracts an average of 50,000 visitors each year. It is held during the peak of the fall color season on Northwood’s heavily wooded campus. This year’s show will feature more than 500 new cars, trucks, semis, recreational, specialty and promotional vehicles plus an extensive aftermarket exhibit.
The Auto Show will offer a variety of displays and exhibits on the Mall Walk in addition to food and entertainment.
