New TRICO Trade Website Features Popular Online Catalog

Since the site's October 2011 launch, it has hosted more than 80,000 visitors per month from both trade and consumer visitors using the online catalog as well as the "Find Your Wiper Size" feature, Trico says.

ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. – TRICO Products recently launched a new trade website, which the company says has hosted an average of 4,000 unique visitors per month with an average of 30,000 total visits per month specifically for the company’s new online catalog.

The online catalog allows aftermarket visitors to search for the right wiper blades by selecting vehicle type, year, make and model. This designated portion of the site also provides trade professionals and technicians with product descriptions, full installation videos, sales support and product ordering information, according to Trico.

Located on the Driver portion of the site, “Find Your Wiper Size” lets consumers easily look up their vehicle’s year, make and model to find the correct blade options. Users can also click through installation videos and learn where to buy the specified product.

“With the new TRICO website, we wanted to provide trade professionals with a way to properly fit more vehicles with the right TRICO blade quickly and efficiently,” said Kevin O’Dowd, global director of marketing, corporate branding and strategy. “Improving these segment-specific features also helped effectively distribute the right information to all key market segments.”
