BELLEVILLE, Mich. — Neapco Holdings LLC, a manufacturer of driveshafts and driveline and steering components, has announced new executive assignments to support the company’s rapid growth.
Neapco was spun off from United Components Inc. (now known as UCI International) in June 2006, in a management buy-out. Neapco Holdings LLC continued as the parent company, and a new subsidiary called Neapco Components was formed, comprised of the original core business that was acquired from UCI.
J. Robert Mangini has been appointed to the new position of chief operating officer of Neapco Holdings. He is one of four operating owners of Neapco Holdings and has 37 years of manufacturing experience.
James Geisendorfer was named to the new position of vice president, Global OE Automotive Sales and Marketing, Neapco Holdings. He has extensive experience in product development, business planning and new business acquisition.
Keith Sanford becomes president of Neapco Components, responsible for Neapco’s component business in the U.S. and Canada.
"These changes will strengthen our management structure as we integrate our new operations in Europe and support the growth of our U.S. operations," said Robert Hawkey, CEO and president. "Despite the economic conditions of recent years, we have expanded our market share and product line-up, and we expect this growth to continue."
