NASCAR Angels and Exide Batteries Team Up for Summer Sweepstakes

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – NASCAR Angels is teaming up with Exide Batteries — the official battery of NASCAR — to reward NASCAR fans this summer. The “Charge Up Your Summer” Sweepstakes will run from July 26 through August 24, and will give fans around the country the chance to win a year’s supply of gas and an electronic prize package for their vehicles.

“As a longtime partner of NASCAR, Exide has emphasized the same core values as our sport — innovation and customer service,” said Odis Lloyd, managing director of NASCAR’s automotive division. “In this time of rising gas prices, this sweepstakes is ideal for NASCAR Angels viewers and demonstrates Exide’s continued commitment to keeping NASCAR fans well equipped for the road.”

The grand prize winner of the sweepstakes will receive the Road Trip Essentials Gift Pack, which includes an Exide automotive battery, GPS device, portable DVD player, Sirius satellite radio with one year activation, an MP3 player and one year of free gasoline. There will also be 30 instant prizes and a $10 gas card given away daily during the promotion.
