Motor State Distributing Joins AAM Group As Distribution Member

The addition of Motor State expands AAM’s marketing presence in the truck segment.

The AAM Group has announced the addition of Motor State Distributing as its 20th member company. Motor State, which will be participating in the truck segment of the group as a Total Truck Centers program warehouse, is driven by its high-volume domestic and international sales team. Leveraging more than five decades of industry engagement, Motor State distributes more than 90,000 part numbers from its state-of-the-art, 416,000-square-foot complex located in Watervliet, Michigan.

“Motor State Distributing is excited to be the newest member of The AAM Group’s Total Truck Centers marketing program,” said Motor State Director of Purchasing John Sheskey. “Combining our collective resources within the truck parts and accessories market made sense and will provide great benefits for both organizations.”

“AAM is pleased to welcome Motor State Distributing,” said AAM President Tim Odom. “The Lane family and their staff have built a remarkable and well-respected business. We look forward to partnering with them as they continue their growth.”
