Magneti Marelli to Locate New Automotive Lighting Operation at its Site in Pulaski, Tenn.

The company says this new production unit will complete the footprint of the Magneti Marelli lighting division in the NAFTA area, which already includes manufacturing sites in Juarez and Tepotzotlan, Mexico.

MILAN and AUBURN HILLS, Mich. – Magneti Marelli is reportedly planning to locate a new lighting operation inside its existing site in Pulaski, Tenn. Currently, the company produces shock absorbers and exhaust systems at the Pulaski plant.
 
The company says this new production unit will complete the footprint of the Magneti Marelli lighting division in the NAFTA area, which already includes manufacturing sites in Juarez and Tepotzotlan, Mexico.
 
The aim is to serve the automotive clients located in NAFTA area at the highest quality and with the most advanced lighting technologies available, the company says.
 
Magneti Marelli North America has its headquarters in Auburn Hills, Mich., where all of the company’s engineering development, application engineering, testing labs and administrative support and sales functions for all of its business lines in North America are housed.
