Lund International Realigns Sales Structure; Plans to Open Corporate Distribution Center

Lund International has announced an internal restructuring within its aftermarket sales team in an effort to realign assets to maximize growth potential and further increase customer satisfaction. As part of the restructuring, Eric Medves has been promoted to the position of director of channel management, WD - responsible for developing and implementing growth sales strategy.

ANOKA, MN — Lund International has announced an internal restructuring within its aftermarket sales team in an effort to realign assets to maximize growth potential and further increase customer satisfaction.

As part of the restructuring, Eric Medves has been promoted to the position of director of channel management, WD – responsible for developing and implementing growth sales strategy.

Vern Kaufman will now serve all Lund International brands and continue as a WD sales director – responsible for implementing growth strategy in the Rocky Mountains, Southwest, South and Southeast territories.

Joe Zeiser will continue as a WD sales director and will focus specifically on the Keystone/Reliable account.

Rick Engleman will continue as director of channel management with additional focus on the mail order, Internet, power sports and sporting goods channels.

Mark Greffet will continue as a sales director and focus on the automotive retail and programmed distribution channels.

Bob Schuetz will continue as VP of aftermarket sales, responsible for directing the growth strategies for all of Lund International brands to all channels, except OE.

Brian Wiland, Mike Stevens and Daryl Lundberg will continue as sales directors. Wiland will concentrate on the WD channel. Stevens will continue developing his efforts with the automotive retailers and Lundberg will continue his efforts in the mail order and sporting goods channel.

Bob Cobb will continue as a director of channel management, responsible for specialty channels including hardware, home center, tool warehouses and farm/fleet accounts.

In other news, Lund International has announced plans to establish a corporate distribution center. The company plans to relocate its corporate headquarters to this same location in April.

Lund International has entered into a long-term lease for a 356,000-square-foot facility in Suwanee, GA. It is approximately seven miles from the Ventshade Accessories Division, the company’s largest manufacturing operation.

The company will relocate its Lund Accessories Division in Lawrenceville, GA, and its Georgia-based corporate and sales and marketing staff to the new facility, which is being designed to allow for future growth of the company.
