ORLAND PARK, Ill. – Registered exhibitor companies planning to hold a press conference during the Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) should request their preferred time and date soon. AAPEX 2010 is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 2 through Thursday, Nov. 4 at the Sands Expo Center in Las Vegas.
The AAPEX press conference room is room 102 in the lower level of the Sands Expo Center, next door to the media room, 101. Companies can reserve the space for press conferences from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 2 and Wednesday, Nov. 3, and from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 4. All press conferences must be scheduled through AAPEX show management by e-mailing Christen Embry, or calling 708-226-1300, ext. 13.
The room is a private setting with a podium, riser and microphone, and seating to accommodate 30 attendees. There is no charge to hold a press conference at AAPEX. Additional A/V equipment can be ordered for a fee.
