Lista and Vidmar are kicking off the New Year by unveiling new logos and announcing that the companies are now part of Stanley Industrial & Automotive LLC’s Storage & Workspace Systems business unit, consolidating a variety of business units under one legal entity. Stanley Industrial & Automotive is a subsidiary of Stanley Black & Decker.
 
As a provider to the military, government, mining, transit, agriculture, energy, aviation and manufacturing sectors, Stanley Industrial & Automotive LLC supplies hand tools, power tools and engineered storage solution products. Unification of more than 14 premium brands brings the strength of the world’s largest tool company to the industrial and automotive repair industry. 
 
Lista customers will continue to have access to a broad array of technology, products, solutions and consulting services from which to build a comprehensive, integrated facility solution.
 
As part of the unification, Vidmar is unveiling a new company look with a revamped logo and tagline, "Smart Versatile Storage." According to the company, the updated elements reflect key characteristics of Vidmar products, including strength, durability and adaptability.
 
“As we evolve our brands, it’s important to move forward without losing our core identity or existing equity,” said Christine Yingli Yan, president of Storage & Workspace Systems. "We have built our reputation by providing quality products and service over the years, and we appreciate your support and patronage.
