List of Nominees for Continental Supervisory Board Announced

Voting will be held at the company's Annual Shareholders' Meeting on April 23.

HANOVER/FRANKFURT — Meeting last week in Frankfurt, Germany, the Supervisory Board of Continental AG adopted its proposals for shareholder representation, which will be submitted to a vote at the company’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on April 23.

The nominees are:
·    Prof. Dr. Hans-Jorg Bullinger, president of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft
·    Mr. Gunter Dunkel, chairman of the Executive Board of Nord/LB
·    Dr. Michael Frenzel, chairman of the Executive Board of TUI AG
·    Dr. Jirgen Geisinger, president and CEO of INA-Holding Schaeffler KG
·    Prof. Dr. Ing. E.h. Hans-Olaf Henkel, honorary professor at the University of Mannheim
·    Mr. Rolf Koerfer, lawyer
·    Mr. Dr. Klaus Mangold, chairman of the Supervisory Board of Rothschild GmbH
·    Mr. Georg Schaeffler, partner of the Schaeffler Group
·    Ms. Maria Elisabeth Schaeffler, partner of the Schaeffler Group
