LEESBURG, Va. The Women’s Industry Network (WIN) has announced its lineup of keynote speakers for the 2012 WIN Conference, "Be the Change," scheduled for May 6-8 at the InterContinental Buckhead in Atlanta, Ga.
WIN is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to encouraging, developing and cultivating opportunities to attract women to collision repair while recognizing excellence, promoting leadership, and fostering a network among the women who are shaping the industry.
This year, the conference will feature keynote speakers Robyn Benincasa, adventure racer, firefighter and motivational speaker, who will present "Extreme Change: Adapt, Overcome & Win As One," and Cathy Bonner, CEO of Service King Collision Repair Centers, who will present "The Ten Commandments of Leadership."
In Benincasa‘s Extreme Change keynote, she shares incredible stories of triumph through adversity and outlines the simple and concrete methods that world-class teams utilize to shatter the norm, see challenges versus roadblocks and embrace setbacks as a chance to learn and excel.
"From her work as a firefighter to her accomplishments as a world-class athlete and Eco-Challenge Adventure Racing World Champion, Robyn has met and conquered many challenges,” said Marcy Tieger, a WIN Conference planner. “She is an exuberant and inspiring speaker, and we are excited to hear her insights about triumph through times of change."
Cathy Bonner is an entrepreneur with more than 35 years of experience in leading a variety of multi-million dollar organizations in both the private and public sectors. Fortune magazine named Bonner one of the 25 most influential women entrepreneurs in America, saying she is “…smart, gutsy, and innovative as interested in making a difference as in making money.”
